Policy Provisions
1.

Student and Alumni IT Accounts Retention

Beginning March 15, 2015, all CU student lab and email accounts held by individuals who had not been enrolled during the previous four consecutive terms were purged from University systems. Access to the CAMS Student Portal was preserved.

Student lab and email accounts for all CU students who graduate or withdraw from the University will be purged four semesters after their last active term.

Students who return to CU to complete a degree or begin a new program of study will have accounts recreated after they are fully enrolled.

Alumni can update personal information using the alumni update form on the Cumberland web site or by accessing the following URL: http://www.cumberland.edu/alumni/update_form

Alumni who provide a personal E-mail address will continue to receive the magazine, electronic newsletters, reunion updates and other news about alumni activities.
