Policy Provisions

Performance Evaluations for Coaching Staff Members


Coaches will be evaluated using the following criteria:

· Recruiting

· Roster Size

· Student-Athlete Welfare/Health & Safety Issues

· Organizational Skills

· Communication Skills

· Budget Skills

· Paperwork Skills

· Handling of Conflict

· Budgeting Time

· Being at Meetings

· Coaching – Team, Individuals, Assistant Coaches, Team Policies, Graduation Commitment, Scholarship, Practice Times, Practice Plans, and Scouting.
