Policy Provisions
1.

DUI Violations


1st DUI offense: The student-athlete must meet with the Coach and Athletic Director and review the discipline response.

Discipline:

· Suspension from the team

· Probation

· Meetings with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD)

· Suspension from contest

· Dismissal from the team

 

2nd DUI offense: The student-athlete must meet with the Coach and Athletic Director.

Discipline:

· Dismissal from the team

 

All DUI violations must be reported to the Dean of Students.
