Policy Provisions
|
1.

| A. |
No student shall tamper with fire safety equipment. |
| B. |
No student shall set or cause to be set any unauthorized fire in or on University property. |
| C. |
The possession or use of fireworks on University property at events sponsored by the University or any recognized University organization is prohibited. Fireworks are defined as any substance prepared for the purpose of producing a visible or audible effect by combustion, explosion, or detonation. |
| D. |
No student shall make, or cause to be made, a false fire alarm. |
| E. |
Any act of arson, falsely reporting a fire or other emergency, falsely setting off a fire alarm, tampering with or removing from its proper location fire extinguisher, hoses or any other fire emergency equipment, except when done with real need for such equipment, is prohibited. |
