Policy Provisions

| 1. |
Staff training in relation to the Identity Theft Prevention Program and its policies shall be conducted for all employees, temps, independent representatives, and contractors, both part-time and fulltime, on a periodic basis no less than once annually. |

Staff members will receive additional training triggered by changes in policy, changes in their mode of operations, security incidents, and new information. |
