Instructional Equipment and Supplies
|
|
In the interest of good teaching, the University seeks to provide all necessary instructional equipment and supplies. Requests for ordinary office and classroom supplies should be submitted to the School Administrative Assistant. Any off-campus purchases should be made through prior-approved purchase orders submitted through the School Dean. Faculty are encouraged to write proposals for external funding of equipment, materials, and/or supplies and to submit the proposals to the Corporate and Foundation Relations Officer. Orders for equipment and supplies must be processed through the School Administrative Assistant and approved by the School Dean and by the Vice President for Academic Affairs. All bookstore purchases charged to a university budget must be approved in advance by the appropriate School Dean or Program Director.
