Principles of Cumberland University's Full-Time Faculty Salary Base
|

The base faculty salary is presented under the assumption that Cumberland University is the primary place of employment. The base salary for faculty is developed with the following tenets taken into consideration: experience, academic preparation, meritous service to the university as determined by faculty evaluations, and market supply and demand in the teaching field. Offers of base salary are made with the impact on the budget and the welfare of the University as priority considerations.
