A student who intends to graduate must file an Intent to Graduate Form in the Office of the Registrar within the first two weeks of the term proceeding the semester in which he/she plans to graduate and must pay the required graduation fee to the Business Office. The student is responsible for complying with all degree requirements. Students are encouraged to consult their academic advisor in a timely manner to ensure required courses will be available in the last semester to accommodate graduation. The University does not guarantee that course work required for the degree will be offered in the students anticipated last semester of enrollment. The Registrars Office reviews the Intent to Graduate Form to ensure that all commencement requirements have been satisfied.
